It's obvious where the download link is if you scroll down the page just a little bit. Download it, mount it, run Installer.pkg, reboot after package is finished. When you boot back up, you should see Belkin WIreless Adapter under Network in System Preferences. It will show a red dot and say not connected. You can't really configure it from here so launch the new Wireless Network Utility app in your Applications folder. Its a little yellow Wi-Fi radio symbol.
